Common questions

I'm a trainer, coach or teacher — how do I join?
Download BookMyTrainer from the App Store or open app.bookmytrainer.ai, then create an account. Trainer accounts use an access code — email us and we'll send one the same day.

I'm a client — how do I see my plan?
Your trainer sends you an invite link. Open it, sign in with Google or email, and your sessions, packages and balance appear in your portal. One login can cover your whole family.

How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Delete account. Everything is removed immediately. You can also export your data first from the same screen.
